This course is a holistic program for overweight teenagers who want to improve their health and kick start their weight loss. The program will build self-esteem and bring about healthy changes physically, mentally and emotionally. You’ll get dietary guidelines & learn about your body so that you can be the best, healthiest, happiest version of yourself. There will be a gentle physical component to this class so wear comfy clothes and bring a mat.

This program suitable for primary school children aged 5 – 12 will cover various art and craft activities including making gift cards, bookmarks and learning how to do abstract drawings.
