What happens at a Sound Bath Meditation? There is nothing to do but relax and drift away with the sounds….. Participants are asked to arrive promptly and will be greeted by a sanctuary set with gongs, singing bowls and bells, and yoga mats. Warming tea will be offered and a place on a yoga mat with a blanket and pillow – knee pillows will also be available for extra comfort. Once all participants have arrived George & Lisa from HiM will introduce the afternoon and hand over to Graham and Bette who will begin a gentle guided hour of relaxation and calm using the gorgeous gongs and bowls that create vibrations and sounds throughout the room. All participants are given a carers pamper pack to take with home them.
Who is it for? The event is for any women carers
Can I arrive late / leave early? No. it will be a quiet environment & you might disturb others.
What do I wear? Comfortable clothing, as you would for yoga.
Is child care available? No. There is no provision for children.
