This holistic Pilates based movement class integrates body, mind & soul and is suitable for people who are generally in good health. You’ll strengthen, stretch and re-align your entire body. Each session ends with 15mins of relaxation/meditation. You’ll leave walking taller, feeling calm, happy and relaxed. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and a water bottle.
