Evening Yoga- WEDNESDAY

Hatha Yoga has been around for over 2500 years and continues because it has a hugely profound beneficial effect on people’s lives. Yoga postures help to calm and strengthen the body and mind. Each session includes guided relaxation and breathing practices. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and a mat.
