This 75min class is specifically for beginners, older people and people with physical difficulties. Working holistically with the mind, body and soul connection, you’ll build core strength, improve your posture, strengthen and stretch your entire body and reduce stress. Each class ends with 15 mins relaxation/meditation. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, a water bottle and a small cushion.
