Grandparents as Carers Playgroup

Tuning into Kids is a parenting program that helps children learn to understand and regulate their emotions. It teaches parents: awareness and regulation of their own emotions as well as that of their children, to use children’s emotional experiences as an opportunity for closeness and teaching, skills in assisting children to verbally label and manage their emotions, problem solving and to guide their behaviour with appropriate limits. The program is suitable for parents of preschoolers and primary aged children.

Greenhills Walk & Talk*
Date:   Commencing Tuesday 7th February
Time:  9.30 a.m. (operates each week of school term)
Cost:    $5.50 per term

Social opportunity to meet new friends and get fit at the same time. Come as often as you like and enjoy the company and exercise. Everyone welcome. Join at any time
