Creative Time Out

We would like to continue this workshop to provide a creative escape for the well deserving mothers / carers of children with Autism. We cover simple, practical art techniques associated with art journaling for fun and general wellbeing. All materials are supplied to make a basic art journal which we can fill during our weekly sessions. No experience necessary.

Tuning into Kids

Tuning into Kids is a parenting program that helps children learn to understand and regulate their emotions.
It teaches parents: awareness and regulation of their own emotions as well as that of their children, to use children’s
emotional experiences as an opportunity for closeness and teaching, skills in assisting children to verbally label and
manage their emotions, problem solving and to guide their behaviour with appropriate limits. The program is suitable
for parents of preschoolers and primary aged children.
