Take time out to nurture yourself. Learn about Mindfulness Meditation, the why and how, explore various aspects of it to delight your senses. Let yourself sink into deep relaxation through guided seated meditations to find a deeper level of stillness. The sessions include breathing techniques, mindful movements and a powerful drumming meditation to round up the afternoon. Afternoon tea provided. Please bring a blanket & cushion for comfort.
