Gentle Dance & Flowing Movements
Saturday 19th August/ Sunday 10th September, 2.30-4.00pm
Explore movement and music in ways that are uplifting, creative and rejuvenating. Discover new and fun ways to exercise your body and brain. The exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, expand movement range, improve balance and coordination. Restore mental and physical harmony. Includes breathing techniques & a short meditation. Beat the boredom!! This class is sustainable for mature students.
